But what’s truly remarkable is that Shinwari didn’t need a massive budget to get started. With a total budget of €4,000, he invested around €1,000 initially, proving that you don’t need a fortune to enter the world of e-commerce. This budget covered the essentials, allowing Shinwari to source and list his first products on Amazon. It’s a testament to the accessibility of Amazon FBA, and Shinwari’s story is a reminder that, with determination and a well-thought-out strategy, anyone can kick start their own Amazon FBA journey, no matter their budget.

Registering and Setup

The process of registering a business in Germany and setting up an Amazon seller account has been a pivotal part of Shinwari’s Amazon FBA journey. What’s impressive is the ease and speed with which he navigated this process, and it’s a testament to the streamlined nature of e-commerce in the modern world.

Shinwari initiated his business registration journey in Berlin, Germany, at one of the local offices. To his delight, the process was remarkably quick, taking only two to three weeks to complete. What’s even more surprising is that he personally walked into the office to complete his business registration.

The speed at which he received his business registration, also known as the Gewerbeschein, is a true testament to the efficiency of the German business setup process. It took him just a matter of weeks, from the moment of application to having that vital document in his hands.

Following this, setting up his Amazon seller account was a breeze. There were no significant hiccups or challenges in the video verification process. In fact, it took only a day for Amazon to approve and open his seller account, allowing him to dive into the world of e-commerce.

Expanding to Other European Markets

Shinwari’s journey is not just confined to the borders of Germany. What’s truly remarkable is his strategic expansion into other European markets, including France, Italy, the Netherlands, and more. His ability to diversify his business across various territories is a testament to the global reach and opportunities within Amazon FBA.

Taking advantage of Amazon’s pan-European fulfillment, Shinwari was able to easily expand his business operations. By making his products available in these diverse markets, he tapped into a wide range of potential customers, each with its unique preferences and demands.

His average sale value of around €15 demonstrates a strong start and hints at even greater potential for growth.
