1.1 The Bootcamp provides structured education on the wholesale bundling method to operate an Amazon Germany business. (No private label track is included in this Bootcamp.) 1.2 The Coach provides training, examples and live implementation guidance. No guarantee of results or earnings is made. Participant remains solely responsible for all business decisions, filings, purchases and outcomes.
2.1 Hardware/Software: Participant must have a reliable computer or laptop, plus printer and scanner (or equivalent scanning app), stable internet, and any necessary software or tools. It is not the Coach’s duty to provide equipment or remind/inform about acquiring it. 2.2 Computer Literacy: This is not a basic computer course. Participant must already know how to use an operating system, browsers, mouse/keyboard and common software (incl. file uploads/downloads, PDFs/screenshots). 3.1 The Coach does not translate or explain letters from public authorities (e.g., Finanzamt, Gewerbeamt). Participant is responsible for reading and understanding official communications. 3.2 The Coach may share personal, non-binding suggestions in group settings. This does not constitute tax, legal, accounting or professional advice and must not be relied on as such. 3.3 Participant is encouraged to discuss experiences and documents with peers in the group. Peer feedback is not professional advice. Neither the Coach nor other participants are liable for actions taken based on peer input.
4.1 The Coach is not responsible for reminding Participants to check Seller Central, respond to performance notifications, or file VAT returns (monthly/quarterly/annual) or income tax. 4.2 Where appropriate, the Coach may post general reminders or resources in the group space (e.g., Facebook group), but is not obligated to do so.
